Welcome to the HSP BA team! Your Welcome Kit includes the essential tools and branded materials you’ll need to confidently execute your first activation. We’ve curated everything to help you show up prepared and represent the brand seamlessly. Please be sure to order your kit in advance of your first scheduled event so you’re fully set up for success.
Replenishment
As activations continue, certain supplies will need to be refreshed. This section includes consumable materials used during demos, such as sample cups, wine pour discs, napkins, and other event-use items. Replenishment helps ensure you’re consistently prepared and equipped to execute each activation smoothly and professionally.
Replacement
This section is for replacing non-consumable activation materials that may become lost, damaged, or worn over time (such as branded display pieces or essential setup tools). In the event that specific items are lost or require replacement outside of normal wear, BAs are responsible for purchasing those items directly through this section.
